Call for Candidates – New Chapter Leadership Team
As this year comes to an end, the two-year terms for the President, Vice President, and Treasurer of our Chapter are concluding.
First and foremost, we’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Moez Farokhnia Hamedani , Hamid Khobzi , Aida Sanatizadeh and Hossein Mohit for their incredible dedication and contributions over the past two years. You’ve done an amazing job!
We warmly invite all Chapter members who are interested in leading the team to reach out to me.
All members are eligible to run for any position. However, for the President role, having prior active involvement in Chapter activities is a strong advantage.
The Chapter’s main current focus is organizing the Annual Conference, which, after three successful editions, now has a solid foundation and great potential for further growth. Other ongoing initiatives include research presentation sessions, job market activities, and participation in AIS Members Connect.
The direction and future programs of the Chapter will be shaped by the new leadership team, within the framework of the Chapter and AIS bylaws.
