We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the recent IRAIS election for the 2026 term.
After reviewing the votes and based on majority support from participating members, the executive board positions for the upcoming two-year term have been determined as follows:
- President: Dr. Niam Yaraghi – 87% of votes (runner-up: Mahdi Fahmideh – 13%)
- Vice President: Dr. Sara Memarian – 87% of votes (13% voted for “Neither”)
- Treasurer: Dr. Kasra Dolatkhahi – 83% of votes (17% voted for “Neither”)
We are also pleased to confirm that Aida Sanatizadeh will continue to serve as the Secretary for another year, as she is currently in the second year of her two-year term.
