The fourth IRAIS Annual Conference in Information Systems (IRAIS 2026) will focus on addressing the pressing challenges and opportunities surrounding responsible digital futures, with particular attention to AI governance, resilience, sustainability, healthcare analytics, cybersecurity, and broader issues in Information Systems.
We are thrilled to announce that submissions for the fourth IRAIS Annual Conference are now open. This year’s conference theme, Responsible Digital Futures: AI Governance, Resilience, and Sustainability, invites scholars and practitioners to examine how emerging digital technologies are reshaping organizations, industries, healthcare systems, security practices, and society.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research, practical implications, emerging research areas, and meaningful discussions designed to encourage collaboration, innovation, and responsible technology development. Our conference will host a distinguished academic keynote speaker and an industry panel, bringing together thought leaders from academia and practice to share their insights and expertise on the future of digital technologies and Information Systems.

The conference is open for submissions in the form of extended abstracts, which will undergo a peer review process. Accepted abstracts will be presented at the conference and included in the conference proceedings through the Association for Information Systems (AIS).
